We have a modern and well-equipped Quality Assurance laboratory, which ensures that our products are pure, safe and effective and released only after thorough analysis as per stringent specifications, methods and procedures developed according to international guidelines.

Our quality policy is mandated and supported by the Executive Management and coordinated through the in-house Quality Assurance (Q.A.) Section.

The function of our Quality Assurance team is to ensure the highest quality
standard of our carrageenan products by means of compliance to the
following:

• Carrageenan industry standards
• Product specifications
• Quality standards and
• Customer requirements

The Quality Assurance processes are built on the concepts of ISO 9001:2008 standard
with the guiding principle of the HACCP system. The Q.A. Section ensures that all
raw materials are subjected to stringent quality control from the first point of
acquisition up to its utilization in the process.

This is to guarantee that only raw materials which passed the quality standard are used in manufacturing of carrageenan products. We treat our suppliers as our business partners through continuous response and communication of their performance.

The Quality Assurance team is manned with trained laboratory personnel to ensure that customer satisfaction and requirements are attained. Technical support are also provided by technical information sheets, sample recipes and product matching analysis continuously developed by qualified and professional Food Scientists.

With this, ACCEL CARRAGEENAN CORPORATION guarantees its customers with quality carrageenan products.
